If you are interested in playing the Songwriters Expo all that is needed initially is a sample of your work.

If you are selected to play the Expo:
If you are selected to play a half hour set at the Songwriters Expo, we will require two photos in the form of jpegs and a mp3 of one of your original songs for our website. One jpeg should be 169 pixels wide by 136 pixels high. This jpeg will be used to promote your appearance at the show on the This Month page of the website. The other jpeg can be larger - no more than 650 pixels wide and will be used for the website Gallery. The mp3 should be labeled with the title of the song only. We hold a showtime raffle at each event and ask that you consider donating a CD of your material to the raffle.
We rely on each performer to bring out audience members to the show. We ask that each performer let people know they are playing.
Please keep in mind that we receive a large number of submissions and only have a limited number of spots to fill. Every submission is reviewed by selection committee. We will accomodate everyone the best we can.
